I consider myself a relatively picky person, so when I say that this was easily one of the best resort experiences I've had, I think that really says a lot. This was my first time at an all-inclusive resort, and the staff were incredibly polite, professional, and thoughtful. The room was very spacious, cleaned daily, and our room cleaner always left cute little designs on the beds which I thought added a thoughtful touch. Also the beds were suuuuper comfortable, especially the pillows which says a lot because I'm someone who never uses pillows because I can never find any that are comfy for me and the way that I sleep. I think they also offered like a pillow menu so they could bring you one that best worked for you. There were a variety of food options (I think honestly the Beach Bar restaurant had the best lunch, we went there literally every single day. We also may have developed an addiction to the spicy margaritas lol). The resort itself is very well maintained and absolutely beautiful. There are a series of other resorts next to Alaya and I really felt like we made the best decision in picking this one. It's also easy walking to both the coral and the regular beach. They had events every afternoon and evening so there was always a little something to do for everyone. Overall a great experience and I definitely will be going back!

Food and the food options were great, restaurant and reception staff were super friendly. The aquapark is really cool. Also it has very nice spots and props for photo-shooting so bring nice clothes with you, we can recommend it. We saw so many sea turtles in Abu Dhabab bay, this place is also quite close to Elphinstone if diving is of interest. Abu Dhabab bay is also amazing place to start diving for kids.

The culinary experience at the hotel's restaurants was outstanding. We were delighted by the variety of dishes available, each meal a new adventure for our taste buds. The chefs and staff deserve high praise for their hard work and creativity. Despite the minor issues, we were thrilled with the complimentary upgrade provided for our comfort, especially with our baby. This thoughtful gesture made our stay even more enjoyable and stress-free. Overall, our experience at Sunrise Anjum Hotel was fantastic, and we look forward to returning in the future. Facing the beachfront, JAZ Elite Maraya offers 5-star accommodation in Marsa Alam City and features an outdoor swimming pool, garden and bar. Everything was absolutely perfect for our summer holiday. The resort was spotless, and the facilities had everything we could possibly need. A huge thank you to the staff who were all so friendly and welcoming. The animation team was the star of the show – they were incredible and kept our kids (and us!) happily entertained from morning till night. We couldn't have asked for a better stay.
