Opted to stay in a traditional Berber style accomodation, the rooms where clean and spacious. A charmy experience. A good plus, is the hotels hot spring which we found warming and perfect for an evening swim, especielly as we where here in the cooler months. Very enjoyable both for adults and children. The hotel also offers a good juice bar, liked the idé of utilizing herbs from their own grounds, such as lemongrass and mint. Dinner meals are very good, in which seating is on the floor, we also enjoyed this cultural experience. Overall, a very good stay with an enjoyable athmosphere, kind staff, ready to help with tour arrangments, transportation etc. Very much recommend. Kristian and Annika

My husband and I loved the hotel so much we stayed there for 5 nights! Having hot springs in the desert under the starry night was so relaxing and beautiful. The owner Ahmed and the staff were so kind throughout our stay and the dinners were delicious! There is a large sand dune on the property and a sandboard that is free to use which was fun! The room was large, private and very comfortable. We will always have fond memories of our time here.

We stayed there twice already. It's quiet, very clean, and well equipped, and I loved the rooftop. We felt very comfortable. The owners replied immediately when we contacted them and helped with all our questions. It's among the best places I've stayed in Egypt

I absolutely loved the magical moments of stargazing at midnight from the hot spring within the lodge. The night sky was simply out of this world (literally), with shooting stars making a spectacular show. The staff were exceptionally kind and attentive, particularly Lamia, the owner who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The local staff Khaled, Domom, Mohamed were very kind, generous and attentive. The cleanliness and tidiness of the accommodation exceeded my expectations. The breakfast was a delightful with fresh local ingredients. I particularly enjoyed the traditional siwan tea. The morning meal was served in a peaceful setting within a big dom, quite the place. The location of the ecolodge provided a perfect balance of seclusion and convenience. I totally recommend, and definitely will love to visit again.
