We had to go across the road to access the aqua park and the beach which is a 5 min walk. They do have a shuttle service as well. The staff at the Club are very friendly and always willing to help. Highly recommended. PS. I don’t normally mention names. But, it’s always good to appreciate exceptional service. Mr. Ahmed for taking the effort to ensure our stay was a pleasant experience. Mr. Mohamed Salman from the reception for take the time to check on us every opportunity he had. How can I forget Mr. Hassan Ebrahem (server/waiter) for ensuing we were served our drinks and any other requirements

We stayed 1 week with my wife and everything was just perfect. The location of hotel is super. You can enjoy in city life. You have everything in hotel. Foods were good. Aqua park was enjoyable. Pools were clean and heated. The sea also was not cold. We visit in Feb and the weather was not cold, we can swim but in the evening we need to wear jacket. Everywhere were clean and all the staff were so kind and helpful. Specially thanks to Abdalla from reception, Ahmed from buffet restaurant, Moustafa from Oasis bar, Ali from house keeping, Yasser from concierge. Abdalla is the perfect guy. He was communicated with us for everything. There was my wife birthday and exactly 00:00 he sent the cake. Even when we checked out he prepared for breakfast box for us which is so kindness. We planned to visit again in summer time.

The housekeeping team did a great job keeping the rooms clean, and the guys at the bar were super friendly and professional. I’d especially like to thank "Muhamd Bebo" at the reception for going above and beyond to meet all our requests throughout our stay. The place is absolutely lovely and relaxing — this wasn’t my first time here, and it definitely won’t be the last!

The resort offers evening entertainment options, spacious entertainment area and open-air club X Lounge. The resort is amazing! We were provided with a room upgrade upon arrival. The room was fantastic. Tried 4 Alacarte restaurants. The Indian & Turkish restaurants offered that authentic experience and the food was perfect. We loved the fact that the staff are really good and the service to transport us along the resort is readily available. Numerous spots from the beach, pools, bars & Cafes to choose from. I would definitely visit again.
