I’ve been to many resorts, but this one is truly exceptional. The hotel is beautiful, sparkling clean, and incredibly well-maintained. The staff is absolutely amazing — kind, helpful, and professional. Special thanks to Mr. Ramadan, the housekeeping manager, for the outstanding cleanliness. It’s rare to find a place where everything is truly spotless — from the rooms to the beach, not a single piece of litter in sight. The white sandy beach is kept immaculate, and the entire territory is so pleasant and peaceful. We loved the food! Breakfast and dinner are served as buffets with a great selection of tasty dishes and delicious desserts. For lunch, it’s à la carte — which was super convenient. You can order from the menu and choose to eat wherever you prefer, even in your room. One day, we had our lunch right on the beach — it was such a joy! The restaurant team was wonderful. I wish I remembered the name of the staff member who welcomed us at the restaurant each day — he was always so warm and helpful. Please extend our heartfelt thanks to him. We stayed in the main hotel building, just a 2-minute walk from the beach. The beach itself is long and wide, with plenty of space to relax in privacy. It’s calm, quiet, and peaceful — a perfect place to nap with your child or just enjoy the view. There’s a beach bar where you can order smoothies (the mango smoothie was my favorite!). The sea is absolutely crystal clear, and while there are corals — as it’s the Red Sea — you can safely enter the water with coral shoes. It stays shallow for quite a while, which is ideal for small children — my 2-year-old had the best time playing safely in the water. There’s also a long pier for those who want to swim in deeper water.

The chalet was very clean, well-furnished, and exactly as described. The view and atmosphere in Mont Galala are amazing — peaceful, modern, and perfect for a relaxing escape. The host was extremely helpful and responsive, making check-in and check-out very smooth. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back again. Very, very nice experience overall!

Everything was amazing .. the chalet is clean which is rare to find .. Highly elegant decoration .. all home appliances are available .. ground floor with a garden .. right in front of the pools .. 5 minutes walk to the beach .. beach has a small decent snorkeling spot which is rare at Sokhna (about 100m north west of the pier) .. host is super decent and helpful .. it’s a perfect place especially if you used to hotels and expect a high quality place, you won’t feel huge differences ..

The apartment was - clean - has a lot of commodities - shutters which makes it very convenient to sleep after sunrise (compared to having curtains or blackouts. - The kitchen had many appliances. - trash gets collected from in-front of the building very frequently - Having a roof with a barbecue to enjoy with family was very nice. - being able to see the pool from the balcony made it easy to see when to go to the pool - it is in the 2nd floor but the stairs are made very well that it wasn’t hard to go up or down at all The sea is very clean and having a heated pool was very convenient. There is delivery to the property which is convenient . Security is always around and helpful The owner is very helpful, he shared a ton of locations, google maps links to facilitate the stay, he was always available when we had a question The property is very convenient for a family due to having 3 rooms and 3 bathrooms.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful chalet! It was fully equipped with everything we needed for our family of six. The location was great, just a short 5 minute walk to the supermarket and with a convenient shuttle service to the beach. The host Mr Mahmoud was exceptionally kind and helpful throughout our stay, always quick to respond and accommodating. He even allowed us to stay past the checkout time while we waited for our delayed driver, which we really appreciated.
