The staff are 10/10, extremely helpful friendly and welcoming, especially Raul! The hotel was super clean and the breakfast was fab. We definitely will be back!

The rooms are spacious and have everything you’d need. Location can’t be beat, it’s in the heart of the city, close to beach and Benidorm palace. The roof top pool is heated which was wonderful. Breakfast was delicious and had a variety of foods. But… even better than all of that are the employees, they were friendly, accommodating and went out of their way to provide excellent service. Absolutely delighted with this hotel
