We had an amazing experience at this hotel. Spacious room, very clean, comfy beds and pillows. Breakfast and dinner were outstanding. By far the largest selection I found in a hotel. Also, the live cooking from the dinner was a positives surprise for us. Staff extremely helpful, always smiling. We had our return flight late in the evening, but late checkout was not possible due to next bookings. Still, they allowed us to use all the amenities of the hotel even after checking out, and provided towels and access to shower.

Fantastic architecture and minimalistic, yet warm interior design. Sound-proofing works fairly well, and AC is very easy to control and exceptionally silent. Choice and quality of the food offered for breakfast and dinner is outstanding!

Access to our SPA is free of charge. It includes a Finnish sauna, Turkish bath, jacuzzi, heated sunbeds, hydromassage jets, beauty salon, and massage treatments (treatments - additional cost). The opening hours are from 08:00 to 21:00. Families with children are welcome between 12:00 and 16:00 (children must be accompanied by their parents during family time). Everything!!! The design of our sea view room was scenic especially on the sunrise moment. Swimming pool, table tennis, sunbathing , parking, bar and staffs were perfect.

The à la carte restaurant at Tomir Portals Suites - Adults Only +(16) serves a selection of international cuisine. Guests can enjoy a drink by the pool, or in the lounge bar with live music some days a week. Just an amazing value for money. Stuff was extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms/studios were planty big and view from our balcony was out of this world. Breakfast options were huge, food was very good. Pool area and the pool it self very clean. There is also a table tennis/billiards in the pool area. Gym also.

The spa features an indoor thermal pool, Turkish baths and sensation showers. It opens onto a palms garden where guests can relax in loungers. Treatments like massages and aromatherapy carry an extra cost. The property was amazing. All of the staff was fabulous. The room was comfortable and clean and all of the wonderful seating areas inside and out made it extra special. The breakfast was delicious every morning with lots and lots of choices. We found the spa area really lovely and the location perfect. We will definitely return and highly recommend it

The accommodation offers a hot tub. The area is popular for hiking and cycling, and bike hire is available at this 4-star hotel. Very nice half board. The cuisine was exceptional and to any taste. There are 2 pools and bars. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The balcony is very spacious and has hangers to dry wet clothes!

There is also a lounge bar and terrace. amazing staff, cleand and comfortable rooms. food was delicious with lots of choiches. we had an amazing time and would return without hesitation!

I had the pleasure of staying at this incredible hotel, and I can honestly say it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel right at home. The concierge team was, hands down, the best I’ve ever encountered. Every member of the team was not only incredibly knowledgeable but also extremely efficient and hands-on. They were proactive in offering help and always went above and beyond to make sure every need was met. Their professionalism, kindness, and maturity truly set this hotel apart. The rooms were equally impressive, offering stunning views of both the sea and the pool area – a perfect way to wake up each morning. And the breakfast… it was absolutely to die for! So many fresh, delicious options that made starting the day an absolute treat. Love the water pressure in the shower - a very comfortable one especially in Summer when you need to shower several times - not many hotels offer decent water pressure. The location was also ideal, surrounded by everything you could need, whether you want to explore local attractions or just enjoy some downtime. Overall, I couldn't have been more satisfied with my stay. I highly recommend this hotel – it’s a perfect blend of excellent service, comfort, and prime location.
