The caring of the staff was exceptional, we really felt taken care of and that our needs are important to the staff. For example, our kid had his nap usually when the cleaning ladies were supposed to clean the room, so the receptionist sent them again after he woke up. The staff is very caring and nice. It made our stay much much better than normal.

All rooms are spacious and have a balcony, a flat-screen satellite TV and a private bathroom with a hairdryer. Some feature a seating area and views of the sea or the pool.

Featuring plenty of natural light, each room is equipped with a flat-screen TV and a bathroom with a hairdryer and free toiletries. Some rooms have a seating area. Location: You can easily walk to Palma beach in just 5 minutes. The beach is absolutely stunning with its turquoise color and soft sand — it truly amazed us. You can rent two sunbeds and an umbrella for €18. The hotel is less than a 10-minute taxi ride from the airport. Instead, I suggest walking 10 minutes to the Mercadona market — it has a wide selection and reasonable prices. Since we were traveling with our 18-month-old baby, we couldn’t join the nightlife, but there are plenty of places to party near the hotel. Room: The room was absolutely beautiful. It was very spacious and the furniture looked new. I also watched how thoroughly they cleaned a room after a guest checked out, and our room was cleaned nicely every day. We were right near the party places but sound isolation was good enough for blocking them. Food: Dinner had great variety overall. For a buffet, it was about as good as it gets. I wasn’t expecting 10/10 food from a buffet, but I’d rate it around 7–8. Breakfast had slightly less variety, but it wasn’t a problem for us. For families with children: This hotel isn’t fully tailored for children, but there were still enough activities to satisfy us. For example, there’s a playroom you can take your child to at any time of day. Even though our baby is quite young, the staff at the mini-disco in the evenings made every effort to ensure he had fun — they played and danced with him. There’s also a small children’s pool and a section of the large pool that’s about 40 cm deep, where our son had a great time. Staff: The hotel staff were truly friendly and cheerful. They always smiled at our son and tried to play with him. Everyone was kind and welcoming throughout our stay.

Access to our SPA is free of charge. It includes a Finnish sauna, Turkish bath, jacuzzi, heated sunbeds, hydromassage jets, beauty salon, and massage treatments (treatments - additional cost). The opening hours are from 08:00 to 21:00. Families with children are welcome between 12:00 and 16:00 (children must be accompanied by their parents during family time). The view from the room on the 8th floor was spectacular. The room was also very clean. The staff was friendly. The pool was nice. There are activities you can book and car rental at the reception, but unfortunately i saw this only on the last day. I liked the sea, even though it didn't have a sandy beach (there are some 5 minutes from the hotel) where i could swim and snorkel.

The à la carte restaurant at Tomir Portals Suites - Adults Only +(16) serves a selection of international cuisine. Guests can enjoy a drink by the pool, or in the lounge bar with live music some days a week. beautiful hotel, clean and comfortable with an amazing daily breakfast.

A varied breakfast buffet is served in the hotel’s restaurant. The buffet dinner includes a wide range of international cuisine and typical Majorcan dishes. There is also a lounge bar and terrace. amazing staff, cleand and comfortable rooms. food was delicious with lots of choiches. we had an amazing time and would return without hesitation!

Guests can relax in the hydromassage pool, Turkish bath, sauna, hot tub, ice tub and aromatic showers at the adults-only Garbi spa. There is also a modern fitness centre, and a stylishly lit relaxation area with tea corner. The breakfasts were so good. And pool and beach were so clean. My room had sea view as i requested in my reservation.

A very comfortable & spotlessly clean hotel. The staff were all very friendly & couldn’t do enough for you. The food in the restaurant was excellent, lots of choice & very fresh. A hand written welcome note in the room when we arrived was a lovely touch & another note with a voucher for a complimentary breakfast on our day of departure was very much appreciated.
