This is a beautiful little hotel in the most perfect location. It’s new and very well decorated. My room had a beautiful view to the bay. Just outside are two very good restaurants with outside sitting and view of the ocean. Of all the places we went in our trip, this was our favorite place. The people of Mundaka are very friendly and welcoming.

The Palacio is beautifully decorated by the delightful owners who work very hard to make sure your stay is perfect. Our bedroom was large with a spacious bathroom and very comfortable bed. There is a large wardrobe with plenty of hanging space. A lovely breakfast is provided in the dining room or out in the garden. Gloria recommended a Sunday lunch at Arrate in a mountain village. This was the highlight of our trip to Northern Spain. if you get the chance to stay at Palacio de Luko don’t hesitate! it’s superb.
