Els Jardins de la Martana can be found in the historic centre of Besalú, next to the famous Romanesque bridge. It has free Wi-Fi and mountain views. Quite the immediate spot to stay, situated at one end of a historical town. This town is kind of like the crown jewel of the area but what made it much better was the very sweet staff that worked at this hotel.

L'Azure Hotel 4* Sup is conveniently set in the centre of Lloret de Mar, 3 km from Water World. It offers 2 outdoor swimming pools, a fitness centre, and spa. From the moment we arrived at L’Azure Hotel, we were swept off our feet by the warmth and hospitality of the staff. It wasn’t just a check-in; it was a warm welcome into a community that would be our home away from home. The personnel didn’t just meet our expectations; they surpassed them, making us feel valued and cared for throughout our stay. Dining at the hotel was an adventure in itself. The meal service was impeccable, offering a dizzying array of choices that catered to every palate and dietary need in our family. From local delicacies to international favorites, every meal was a culinary journey we looked forward to embarking on, day after day. The commitment to cleanliness and comfort was evident in every corner of the hotel. Our room was spotless, cozy, and inviting, thanks to the diligent cleaning service that worked tirelessly to ensure a pleasant environment for all guests. Hotel Costabella offers an outdoor swimming pool, free Wi-Fi and free private parking on-site. Surrounded by gardens, the hotel is 15 minutes’ walk from Girona’s Old Town. We stayed there for one night and enjoy the comfortable impressing new room. The spa area is nice benefit. From the location it only takes a 20 minute walk into the city.

The staff were fabulous and the hotel conveniently located. We were traveling with our pet (and notified them in advance of such). Upon arrival to our room, there was a pet bed already in the room and a small bag of treats. Our dog was thrilled and enjoyed her stay as much as we did. The pet-friendly room was lovely, the pool was small but relaxing, and we had a wonderful 2-night stay.
