We LOVEd everything about our stay! Our room was very comfortable, it was sparkling clean, the beds were comfortable and the room was quite large. The breakfast was delicious and had many varieties. Our host prepared fruits and snacks for our kids. We could use the big kitchen and we could buy wine and soft drinks. The huge garden and field around the house was very nice and the kids enjoyed a lot feeding the donkeys and ponies.

I had a fantastic stay at this apartment in San Sebastian! Nestled in a very quiet and beautiful neighborhood, it offered the perfect retreat while still being just a convenient 10-minute drive from the bustling city center. The terrace is absolutely huge and provided an ideal space to relax and enjoy the outdoors. Parking was easy and stress-free, which is always a plus. The communication with the host was perfect; she was incredibly helpful and responsive, making the entire experience seamless. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in San Sebastian!

The views were unbelievable, and the whole experience was extraordinary. I went for a two-day solo retreat and booked an additional three days. I would highly recommend going for a long walk all around the area. The hotel provided a map to go for a beautiful walk. I would also highly recommend booking a service in the spa. I rarely book hotel treatments because they are often overpriced, but the massage and facial were exceptional. Another tip is to try the local yoghurt with their forest honey for breakfast. I have travelled to many 5-star hotels, and I can't even put it in a comparable category. The food, amenities, service, people and property and attention to detail were exceptional. My last tip is to really enjoy the hotel, go for a walk, and enjoy the spa, and the pool is not for swimming but for pure relaxation with massage jets. There is a beautiful room at the spa to watch the ocean to mediation music, eat at their 3star restaurant and watch the unbelievable sunset.

Great location, confortable, clean, great lil pool on the roof, although there is no pool bar they would bring water and complimentary Cava, which was great.

We just had the most wonderful stay at Baiolei! Ana, the hostess, welcomed us so charmingly we felt at home here right away. She provided us with great tipps for our day trips. The rooms were very clean and tidy and had everything we needed. The shared kitchen was equipped very well so you could make yourself nice homemade dinners. The free coffee and tea was another great extra. All in all, it was a great stay and we can really recommend it!

This great spa hotel is housed in a modernist building dating back to the 19th century. The property has preserved it charm, romance and special old-time spa atmosphere.
