Him being Italian was an added bonus for me to be able to practice my Italian. He actually speaks very good Spanish and English too. Wonderful

Very friendly, helpful and personal service. The concierge staff went way beyond the call of duty to help us in every way. This hotel also holds the record for the quickest laundry service that we have ever experienced over decades of travel, almost defying the laws of physics. The 3 Michelin Star restaurant experience was out of this world.
