I have never been in a Hotel where employees were so happy, helpful, and kind like here. This was definitely one of the best stays we had since we start traveling with a kid, and for a very affordable price! Location: Super easy to reach from the airport, good location surrounded by all sort of amnesties. We arrived late in the night so we use a taxi from the airport, for a 20 we were there, and in 15 min. Next day to go back to the airport we use the shuttle of the hotel, costing less than the half than a taxi. Helpfulness: they hold post mail for me at no additional cost. They offer us stay until 2pm next day for free so our baby could have his nap on a real bed. They hold our luggage after check out. They lend us a scale to weight the luggage. All details provided proactively (we barely ask for any of this) by different employees and each one of them with a smile on the face... excellent customer service, really! We will be back for sure.

Located in the centre of Madrid, the stylish Catalonia Plaza Mayor is at 600m from the Plaza Mayor and within 10 minutes’ walk of the Prado and Thyssen-Bornemisza Museums. It offers a gym, hot tub and free Wi-Fi. Very friendly and helpful staff who were able to accommodate early check-in. Room and bathroom very spacious and modern, great location close to main tourist attractions and public transport. Would stay again.

Each bright, spacious room at NH Collection Madrid Eurobuilding offers satellite TV, air conditioning, and a private bathroom with a rain-effect shower. Some rooms also include access to the hotel's luxurious VIP area. Upgrading was easy due to the reception staff. Other features like late leaving etc were made easier than other hotels with the hotels subsequent email and website. The VIP breakfast room was really inviting and although we did not use it every day, one of the members of staff came over to us in the main room to get any additional order outside of that room. This completely unexpected and above what we felt was necessary. We were impressed. The breakfasts are really exceptional, with an excellent choice of fruit, asian, spanish, continental or full english items, healthy options, quesadillas, sandwiches, cold meats, cheeses, pancakes, omelettes and egg types at request, pancakes, various juices and staff also visit with juice shots which is a nice touch found in a few hotels nowadays. We have stayed in a few hotels in Madrid and this was the best so far. A good choice of drinks, sparkling wines, even fresh tomato juice and vodka should you want a bloody mary. The VIP area also provides a few signature features that is a nice touch and modified the eggs benedict for me to an eggs royale. The omelette my wife had was really great. I honestly wish I could have eaten more, but was full after a relatively normal amount of food. It was easy as well to eat healthy, or not, it is up to you. I think the coffee area in the VIP would benefit from a barista and commercial espresso machine vs a an automatic bean to cup machine, but that's probably asking a lot. I look forward to staying here again. No issues with wifi.
