The room service was great and the room was cleaned and beds were made and the room was tydied to a high standard. We did not have much time but for the little time we were there, we were treated amazingly. The staff was super friendly, the hotel was neat and clean, very well located. The concierge was super helpful and the restaurant food we tried was top notch.

There is a quick manual for all the appliances which i very much appreciated. Everything was perfectly clean and stylish. I could only stay one night but hope to come back next time i'll be in Madrid.
