The breakfast buffet was excellent as was the service if you requested a la carte. The hotel has a great location, excellent staff and we were very happy to stay there.

Palacio de los Duques Gran Meliá - The Leading Hotels of the World is located 300 metres from Madrid's Royal Palace, the Royal Theatre and the Cathedral. We did not have much time but for the little time we were there, we were treated amazingly. The staff was super friendly, the hotel was neat and clean, very well located. The concierge was super helpful and the restaurant food we tried was top notch.

Located in the heart of Madrid, this stylish hotel is near Real Madrid’s famous Bernabeu Stadium and the impressive Kio Towers. It has a modern spa and 24-hour room service. The hotel is beautiful. We stayed for a Real Madrid match and the match VIP hospitality was in the hotel before the match. The whole experience was amazing and the staff couldn't have been nicer. It is super central and just a short walk from the Bernabau Statium We will stay again if we go back to Madrid.

I absolutely loved the hotel! The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, making my stay extremely comfortable. The hotel has a unique artistic touch — you can truly feel the essence of Spain in every corner of the room. Ather and Diego at the reception were especially helpful and welcoming. The food was also perfect — delicious and beautifully presented. I highly recommend this hotel for couples and adults, as the artistic décor and ambiance are more suited for a mature audience. One of my favorite features was the dancing light that moves with the music — such a beautiful and enjoyable detail!

I felt very much at home in this Studio and loved to work from there during my week in Madrid. The bed, projector, desk + screen, location and just the whole studio were exceptional. The kitchen was very well equipped even with a hand mixer. The accomodation exceeded expectations! I would definitely try to stay here again if I go to Madrid in the future!
