UVE Alcobendas is located next to La Vega Shopping Centre and 10 minutes’ drive from Barajas International Airport. It offers free Wi-Fi and free parking. Staff were helpful and friendly and we were able to check in early. The customer service was great.. The room service was great and the room was cleaned and beds were made and the room was tydied to a high standard. The breakfast was value for money with a variety of options and eat as much as you want.

Palacio de los Duques Gran Meliá - The Leading Hotels of the World is located 300 metres from Madrid's Royal Palace, the Royal Theatre and the Cathedral. This is an awesome property, extremely well located very close to most of the attractions, extremely courteous and helpful staff, amazing rooms, the room was quite spacious, the breakfast spread is superb…. And the restaurant staff are polite and courteous. The best part of this hotel is the always smiling face of every hotel staff…. That speaks a lot about their nature and treatment of guests. We had access to the Red Lounge, thanks to the person at the time of check in who suggested this, as it was at an extra cost, but completely worth it. Superb experience overall, will definitely stay here when we come next to Madrid. One more thing…. Do not miss the view of Madrid fr the terrace, it’s breathtaking and amazing.

This charming hotel combines modern facilities with traditional-style design and decor, and is equipped with a seasonal outdoor pool and a stylish restaurant. We got married here this summer, and all the guests without exception were incredibly happy with the hotel, and so were we. The rooms are beautiful, practical and comfortable. The staff is very friendly. The food is fantastic. We didn't have time for the spa and swimming pool, but our froends and family told us both were great. Without a doubt an awesome place we recommend to everyone.
