We were surprised that life in the old town ends at 7. but there are cool restaurants and bars around the hotel.

We had an amazing experience at this hotel. Spacious room, very clean, comfy beds and pillows. Breakfast and dinner were outstanding. By far the largest selection I found in a hotel. Also, the live cooking from the dinner was a positives surprise for us. Staff extremely helpful, always smiling. We had our return flight late in the evening, but late checkout was not possible due to next bookings. Still, they allowed us to use all the amenities of the hotel even after checking out, and provided towels and access to shower.

Fantastic architecture and minimalistic, yet warm interior design. Sound-proofing works fairly well, and AC is very easy to control and exceptionally silent. Choice and quality of the food offered for breakfast and dinner is outstanding!

Access to our SPA is free of charge. It includes a Finnish sauna, Turkish bath, jacuzzi, heated sunbeds, hydromassage jets, beauty salon, and massage treatments (treatments - additional cost). The opening hours are from 08:00 to 21:00. Families with children are welcome between 12:00 and 16:00 (children must be accompanied by their parents during family time). Location was amazing. There were music events every night. I really appreciate. There were 3 pools. Indoor pool was amazing with smaller kids as it also control temperature. Beach is only 2-3 mins walk. Spa facilities are amazing. View from the resort is great. I would really recommend it for families.

The à la carte restaurant at Tomir Portals Suites - Adults Only +(16) serves a selection of international cuisine. Guests can enjoy a drink by the pool, or in the lounge bar with live music some days a week. Friendly staff very helpful, marvelous breakfast, big and very clean rooms, very well connected by bus, we want to come again😀

Everything was perfect—from the cozy room to the warm hospitality. But the real highlight was the surprise birthday dessert plate with a candle at dinner for my wife—such a sweet and thoughtful gesture that truly touched us! The staff were all incredibly friendly, cheerful, and always ready to help with a smile. We felt at home from the first moment. Can’t recommend this place enough—if I could, I’d rate it 15 out of 10!

The staff is professional and personable, our room was clean and we thought that the food was excellent. Overall, we loved our stay and the hotel's vibe.

Other than a refreshing swim in the outdoor pool, you can enjoy a challenging workout in the gym or join the fun activities organised by the entertainment team. After all this, head to the sauna and hot tub for a genuine relax. We had a great time, I have nothing negative to say. Everyone was so polite and friendly, the hotel is new and as luxury as it gets for a 4 star one. 10/10 for sure.
