I want to highlight Grace in the mini kids club, she was so awesome with the kids. She was very attentive, and so welcoming that my kids didn’t want to leave. We loved this hotel so much, the staff was incredibly nice and helpful, the breakfast was great and had lots to choose from. The pool area was our favorite, the heated pool was just fantastic. The area around the hotel has everything you need, supermarkets, shops, restaurants and lots of life. We are gonna miss this place so much.

Located in La Laguna and with the famous Leal Theatre within 600 metre. Great location with convenient parking, amazing breakfast and delicious dinner for very good price. The interior of the hotel is stylish with nice bar to hang in.

Beautiful view from the room and silence (just the sound of the ocean). Nice swimming pool with a lot of available sunbeds. Breakfasts were tasty, but the same every day. Many good restaurants around. There is an interesting bar and well-equipped gym that almost nobody uses. The hotel is located on the cliff. Walking to the nearest beach (a lot of medium stones) or the main street requires stepping down high staircases.

The hosts are super helpful and friendly. The breakfast was great, and we always got offered with suggestion for places to hike, swim, or to eat by from them. The view from the room is extrodinary (both Teide and the ocean) and during night you can see tons of start on their private yard, due to not much light pollution around.
