Breakfast was delicious and had a variety of foods. But… even better than all of that are the employees, they were friendly, accommodating and went out of their way to provide excellent service. Nothing bad to say about this hotel. Wished we stayed more than one night.

Set in one of Benidorm's iconic buildings, all ir-conditioned rooms have flat-screen TV, free Wi-Fi, private bathroom and some have a private balcony with views to Benidorm Bay or the church square.

There are sun loungers on the rooftop terrace, which offers views of Levante and Poniente Beaches. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. I was a solo traveller who ran into some difficulty. They really made my stay.

The spa area features an indoor pool, flotation tanks, Scottish shower and steam baths. There is also a sauna and a treatment room. Outside there is a second pool, as well as a hot tub and water beds with sea views. The place is amazing.The hotel is really nice we enjoyed our stay
