Excellent for a walk in the forest. Not in the centre of Rovaniemi but close by car to the main attractions (Santa Claus Village, reindeer farm, Articum museum). Excellent quality/price ratio. The host Janica was super nice and helpful, always available, answering immediately to questions and requests.

Toilets outside the yurt however very clean and well heated.

The accommodation is air conditioned and features a sauna. Rooms include a flat-screen TV with streaming services. Our best stay in Lapland. The house was beautiful and everything was available. There's washing machine and dryer and sauna available. And children slippers were also provided for the stay. Many different types of sleds were provided in the garage and the kids ( and adults) could have fun with the sleds in the hill just at the backyard. Saw the northern lights at the backyard.

Santa Claus' Office is just a few minutes by foot. Everything was amazing: location, services, staff. The resort is beautifully sitting in the middle of the forest. Sitting in a hot tub surounded by trees and snow was experience for a lifetime.

The rooms are well equipped and confortable.

Recommended at 200%! Beautiful villa, sauna and jacuzzi and the fireplace make from this place a heaven! The owner are very helpful and welcoming. We had a such a great time in here that we were sad to leave!

The hosts are extremely caring, friendly, and helpful, making sure everything is perfect for their guests. The attention to detail is outstanding—everything is prepared with the highest level of care, from the cozy interiors to the beautiful outdoor lighting. The sauna cabin and hot tub add to the amazing experience. Our children also had a great time using the winter equipment provided. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and the place was spotless. Highly recommended for a perfect getaway!
