There is a private entrance at the campground for the convenience of those who stay. The accommodation features a hot tub, free WiFi and family rooms. Exceptional place. The lodges are all beautiful and impeccably done. The staff are wonderfully friendly and it is truly a special place to stay. The lodges are incredible. Such wonderful detail and all you see are trees from each window. There are little ovens, a hob and a full size fridge so plenty to make a small meal there but we had takeaway pizza from the local village. Early evening the staff lit a fire at the communal area and there were marshmallows and sticks for everyone to toast a marshmallow. There’s a box of children’s toys and some excellent beers and wine so it’s a lovely space to spend early evening. Everyone was really friendly and my children made friends with other children (despite not speaking the same language). I would not hesitate to recommend this place to everyone and will most certainly be back.

Pascal, the owner and charming host, greeted us on arrival but had also sent a message via Booking. He walked us around the grounds and apartment detailing points along the way. The apartment is very well furnished and decorated and the views of the Seine from the private terrace were amazing. Location could not be better, the town centre was a 10 minute walk away and offered a good selection of shops and restaurants were plentyful with a good range of restaurants from fine dining to street food. For anyone going to Monet's garden it is a ten minute car ride.

Chateau Du Landin is a property dating back to 1756, set in Le Landin, on the edge of Brotonne Forest just 6.6 km from Bourg-Achard. Views of the Seine River and Jumièges Lake can be enjoyed while relaxing in the outdoor hot tub on the terrace. The bed and breakfast also features a fitness room with hot tub and sauna. Bernadette is in charge of everything and she is simply fabulous. The chateau is a spectacular property and our room had the most incredible view over the Seine. The gorgeous horses were an added bonus.
