The lodges are all beautiful and impeccably done. The staff are wonderfully friendly and it is truly a special place to stay. The lodges are incredible. Such wonderful detail and all you see are trees from each window. There are little ovens, a hob and a full size fridge so plenty to make a small meal there but we had takeaway pizza from the local village. Early evening the staff lit a fire at the communal area and there were marshmallows and sticks for everyone to toast a marshmallow. There’s a box of children’s toys and some excellent beers and wine so it’s a lovely space to spend early evening. Everyone was really friendly and my children made friends with other children (despite not speaking the same language). I would not hesitate to recommend this place to everyone and will most certainly be back.

Sandrine and her husband were so welcoming and patient with our very boisterous children! The room was beautifully decorated and the breakfast was delicious. Overall it was an exceptional stopover on the way back home to London.

Pascal, the owner and charming host, greeted us on arrival but had also sent a message via Booking. He walked us around the grounds and apartment detailing points along the way. The apartment is very well furnished and decorated and the views of the Seine from the private terrace were amazing. Location could not be better, the town centre was a 10 minute walk away and offered a good selection of shops and restaurants were plentyful with a good range of restaurants from fine dining to street food. For anyone going to Monet's garden it is a ten minute car ride.

Chateau Du Landin is a property dating back to 1756, set in Le Landin, on the edge of Brotonne Forest just 6.6 km from Bourg-Achard. Everything! The entire place is so dreamy and a continuous surprise, from the building itself to the surroundings and the amazing view over the Seine. We really enjoyed the breakfast and the availability of the staff.

He even took us to the grocery store and waited for us to pick up groceries!

Escape to Le Moulin de Connelles, a charming manor house nestled in the peaceful heart of Normandy and known for providing a truly relaxing and serene experience. Fantastic nature and areas to relax (of which you have many all for yourself during the day). We visited with our dog, and it was perfect. The owner (and employees in general!) are super nice and professional. The food in the restaurant is also very good (both breakfast and dinner). We also tried the picnic lunch during our small boat trip (an experience which we can also recommend!) :-)
