What truly touched our hearts was the thoughtful surprise they prepared for our child’s 3rd birthday. From the moment we checked in, we felt the warmth and care of the team. On the special day, they organized a beautiful little celebration that made our child light up with joy – complete with decorations, a small cake, and even a personalized gift. It’s rare to find such genuine attention to detail and kindness. This is more than just a hotel – it’s a place where people truly care about their guests. The view overlooking the parking area was surprisingly charming and peaceful. The concierge team is outstanding, always helpful and attentive. Room service was excellent, and the food tasted delicious. We also appreciated the variety of pillows available, allowing us to choose what suited us best for a comfortable night’s sleep. The front desk team was professional, welcoming, and very helpful at all times. The free shuttle service to Evian city center, operating from morning until midnight, is extremely convenient. The chauffeurs were professional, courteous, and drove very safely. Overall, an exceptional hotel experience with excellent service and attention to detail. Highly recommended.
