What a gem of a find. The apartment offered everything we needed, very clean and any problems we had the owners were on tap and there to sort out. The beautiful beach was a stones through from the Villa, with a lovely restaurant. Great loocation with a promenade, easy access to shops, Boulangerie and a bit of retail therapy. Highly recommend.

This property has fantastic, scenic grounds which are pristinely maintained. You have access to a pool and hot tub and have various options for where to have breakfast. The room was clean, with a super powerful shower and amenities in the room. We were attended to by Eric and his son and they were such fantastic hosts, they truly went above and beyond to make our stay as enjoyable and comfortable as possible, giving us tips on where to visit, offering to book restaurants as we needed etc. They were always happy to help and made our stay so special. Also… Zus the dog is a real selling point!!

The place is a bit off the beaten track so you need a car but the local beaches and the towns of Collieure and Banjuls-sur-Mer are only a stones throw away.

The house is located 13min drive from the city center of Perpignan in a very nice neighborhood where you have a free parking spot. The hosts are incredible, very nice and kind. They really love what they do and the put a lot of care in all the facilities. The room is very clean and they provide everything that you might need for your stay towels, soap, minibar). The breakfast is awesome (croissant, bread, butter, homemade jams, coffee, juice, fruit salad) and costs 15 euros per person per day. We really recommend the place. No wonder they have a very good evaluation of their place! Thanks for the stay!
