Mylène was superbly helpful in getting us settled, making activity and restaurant suggestions and being available as needed. The apartment was well equipeed and the snacks were very welcome. The sauna and jet tub were a welcome relief after a long journey and active days. The views from the many windows were beautiful.

She was able to get us a last minute reservation for dinner at a Michelin star restaurant. Nouria went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional!!!

Staff were great and the bed was very comfy. Breakfast and dinner were great as well.

All with all we really enjoyed the stay, the owners are very kind and dedicated to bring a great experience. We will definitly book this apartment again when visiting Epernay.
