The room was very spacious, modern, clean and convenient. The hotel staff was friendly and welcoming. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was very good, both a la carte options and the buffet. The a la carte selection came out very quick, which is great when one needs to get into the office on time.

The Bowood Hotel, Spa, and Golf Resort features a luxury spa with superb facilities, including a swimming pool, gym, rock sauna, crystal steam room, aromatherapy shower, relaxation room and treatment rooms. We had the most wonderful staycation at Bowood and would highly recommend it to anyone. The staff, food and facilities were all so fantastic. We saw so much wildlife while enjoying a coffee on the terrace, which added even more magic to our stay. We will be back for sure.

The 5-star Grand Hotel offers stylish rooms. Set in the iconic Grade II listed former railway headquarters, it has bedrooms that feature free WiFi, a flat-screen TV, bathrobes, slippers, Molton Brown toiletries and an evening turn down service. Location is 5 star and a very short walk to the centre of the old town with the old town wall direction opposite the hotel. The room was spacious and well equipped with very comfortable beds. The buffet breakfast had everything you would want. Staff were really friendly and helpful. I would definately choose to stay again.

The hotel has some of the best on-site facilities in the area, half of the rooms with hot tubs on private balconies, an on-site spa with poolside seating and a bar, stylish restaurant and cocktail bar, bike hire, wakesurfing and paddleboading. We came for my partners 50 birthday and had a great time.the pool was amazing.

Situated on the edge of the idyllic Dartmoor National Park and just five minutes from Plymouth, the 5-star Boringdon Hall Hotel and Spa features fantastic historic interiors and elegant rooms, and an Exclusively for Adults 'Gaia Spa'. The spa facilities were very good, though a little crowded for the size. The spa treatments were exceptional. The breakfast also was exceptional.

The leisure centre at Thurnham Hall Resort has a large indoor swimming pool and a state-of-the-art fitness suite. Guests can relax in the sauna and spa bath, or enjoy treatments in the beauty salon. We enjoyed the swimming pool and the grounds ,the location was lovely countryside. The main hall served nice food, and 2 nights had a piano night very enjoyable. Location to Lancasterand the lakes was good
