The location is great, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the pool area is clean, friendly and relaxing, with set children’s times. But what made our stay truly memorable was the AMAZING level of friendly, personalised service we received. Not only did we find a little welcome gift in our room upon arrival, Tiana (?) at reception let us check in early and gave us a free room upgrade and Bruno, the restaurant manager, went over and beyond to cater for one of our friend‘s allergies… A wonderful experience overall and we would definitely go back!

The hotel has some of the best on-site facilities in the area, half of the rooms with hot tubs on private balconies, an on-site spa with poolside seating and a bar, stylish restaurant and cocktail bar, bike hire, wakesurfing and paddleboading. We came for my partners 50 birthday and had a great time.the pool was amazing.

HOT TUB Nice breakfast and very friendly and helpful staff. We had a couple of gifted food items that they put in a refrigerator for us until our room was ready. We really appreciated that.

The room was clean, large and had everything we needed. A great place to stay, would definitely recommend!
