This was just wonderful, I’d have stayed longer had it been available. Such a cutely furnished tiny house. The lovely hosts are always trying to improve these already excellent cabins by adding more thoughtful details. I loved the skylight above the bed. Best light for reading. Drift off to sleep with the stars twinkling above you. Great Deeside walks just outside the front door. Perfect cosy place for two; I’d say fitting four in here might get a little cramped, especially if you’re going to leave 4 people’s luggage lying around randomly. Hot tub a nice feature. One commenter complained about not being able to use it in the rain, which, frankly, is weird. When you’re immersed in hot water, the rain can’t touch you. The hosts were extremely friendly, and, in my case, literally went that extra mile! Big thank you to Karl, Bess, and Stacey!

Nice touch with the bottle of red wine and the guest information booklet, made me feel well looked after by the hosts.

Cosy and as advertised. it was clean and well furnished with everything you could possibly need for a stay. Easy to locate, and a great base for exploring the surrounding area. Great for stargazing and just to disconnect and relax in a quiet place. Everything seems handcrafted which is very twee and nice in this day and age.

Rudan Guest House is an amazing place to stay! Sandra and John are lovely and welcoming hosts and create a friendly atmosphere. The room was clean and comfortable and extraordinarily well equipped With fridge, toaster, micro oven etc - and plenty of snacks and goodies! The best full breakfast we have ever had! Douneside House is located in Tarland, 50km from Aberdeen. Douneside House features views of the countryside and complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. The property was beautiful including the grounds which were an incredible view. Food and bar was outstanding as was the service. It’s definitely out of the way to get to but well worth it.

The location was lovely, enough shops close by to get anything we needed but so peaceful. The building itself was so cozy and pleasant. It was exceptionally spacious and the rooms were large with high ceilings. The hosts themselves were exceptionally pleasant. Made sure we knew they were there if we needed anything but otherwise left us to enjoy our time. We had gone to stay over Christmas and they had put a lovely tree in the living room - which we put our presents under - there were also plenty of blankets and pillows. There was instructions on how to use anything we might need. The hot tub was fantastic and completely hassle free. We had a fantastic time. Thank you so much.

We loved every thing about this place very cozy and relaxing there was everything you needed there the place was very clean the hosts are very kind and very helpful we just loved the hot tube it was a fine size for two people.

We had an incredible stay at Old Manse of Craggan. The location is beautiful, the room was stunning and comfortable, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious (it was truly next-level). Aleksandra and Piotr were fantastic hosts, made us feel very well taken care of, and showed such attention to detail. We had a lovely bonus welcome from sweet Ludwig the dog as well :)
