The room was very spacious, modern, clean and convenient. The hotel staff was friendly and welcoming. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was very good, both a la carte options and the buffet. The a la carte selection came out very quick, which is great when one needs to get into the office on time.

It is situated 1.9 km from Buckingham Palace and provides a minimarket. Providing free WiFi throughout the property, the non-smoking apartment features a hot tub. We loved this property, great location, super clean and comfortable, added extras like juice, fresh milk and nespresso pods made it very homely. William the manager was super friendly and helpful, always answering our questions very promptly.

An award-winning spa and fitness centre are also provided. The hotel is in an ideal location. The rooms are spectacular. The bed was likely the most comfortable bed I've experienced at a hotel. As for the food, it was delicious whether you got in-room dining, ate in the lounge or their beautiful restaurant. But the best part: their staff will go above and beyond to meet the requests of the guests.

Public spaces include the Japanese-Peruvian restaurant, Nobu, which buzzes at lunch and dinner with devotees of its renowned cuisine, and the Lobby Lounge, perfect for fresh Italian coffees and light bites thanks to its all-day dining menu. Every single staff was amazing and lovely, regardless what time of the day! Spacious rooms (not common to find in London), they offer cleaning/replacement of refreshments twice a day (without me calling them). Smart room fully controlled with a tablet.
