A private entrance leads guests into the apartment, where they can enjoy some wine or champagne. Laundry service is also available. Mr. Greg is superior. He is always there to help even at midnight and the free parking is a plus. The property is exactly as the pictures and we had a relaxing sleep with the comfortable king size beds. The location is very good with easy access to central London

An award-winning spa and fitness centre are also provided. The Bulgari Hotel helped me with my proposal to my now fiancé. The staff was outstanding and responsive. Our reception there by the staff outclassed my expectations. Everyone at the hotel was so accommodating and professional. The room was spectacular. Spa is excellent and beautiful. Massage therapists are world class. Dinner and breakfast was, as expected, delicious and beautifully made. The cleaning staff decorated our room with roses and candles when we went for dinner which was an amazing touch. Special thank you to Andy Madkour and his team for arranging our special occasion

Absolutely everything is impeccable here always, the best hotel in London!

Public spaces include the Japanese-Peruvian restaurant, Nobu, which buzzes at lunch and dinner with devotees of its renowned cuisine, and the Lobby Lounge, perfect for fresh Italian coffees and light bites thanks to its all-day dining menu. Excellent hotel , very welcoming staff , I got a free room upgrade, very nice hospitality , very great experience .
