The location is perfect—close to everything you need—yet peaceful and relaxing. The breakfast was absolutely amazing, with a great variety and delicious options. A special thank you to Mr. Palmer, who was especially helpful and made our stay even more memorable. Highly recommend this place!

Layout, fresh flowers, everywhere. Great staff and restaurants. Cigar lounge in the garden after 9pm was amazing. Excellent pool and spa facilities.

Located in the heart of London at a stone's throw from the Buckingham Palace, which made it easy for us to just walk to all the major sights of London we wanted to show to our daughter. Excellent food (with a bias towards Indian cuisine admittedly) and generous afternoon tea and evening happy hour offer to boot. Michelin star restaurant Quilon is part of the premises, and it was lovely. Service is simply outstanding, and the suite we had was very well appointed and spacious too!
