My stay at Montcalm East started with a small hiccup, but it quickly turned into a fantastic experience thanks to the incredible staff. The Guest Experience and especially Denise, the Duty Manager went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction, resolving the issue promptly and making me feel truly valued as a guest. The thoughtful gestures, including different forms of compensations, completely turned my experience around. The follow-up from Prabhash, the other Duty Manager, was also greatly appreciated and reflected the hotel’s commitment to excellent guest service. I left Montcalm East feeling genuinely impressed by the team's dedication to creating a memorable stay. I highly recommend this hotel for their outstanding guest care and attention to detail.

A private entrance leads guests into the apartment, where they can enjoy some wine or champagne. Laundry service is also available. Beautiful decor, immaculately clean with everything that you needed and more. Great location and will definitely stay again

Located in the centre of London, within 1.2 km of Victoria Train Station and 1.2 km of Victoria Underground Station, Central London Flat in Westminster is an accommodation offering quiet street views. It is situated 1.9 km from Buckingham Palace and provides a minimarket. Providing free WiFi throughout the property, the non-smoking apartment features a hot tub. We loved this property, great location, super clean and comfortable, added extras like juice, fresh milk and nespresso pods made it very homely. William the manager was super friendly and helpful, always answering our questions very promptly.

An award-winning spa and fitness centre are also provided. The hotel is in an ideal location. The rooms are spectacular. The bed was likely the most comfortable bed I've experienced at a hotel. As for the food, it was delicious whether you got in-room dining, ate in the lounge or their beautiful restaurant. But the best part: their staff will go above and beyond to meet the requests of the guests.

Spread across four floors, the spa features 17 treatment rooms, a private spa suite and Thermal Floor with an indoor swimming pool, vitality pool, amphitheatre sauna, ice fountain, marble heated loungers and private sleep pods. I have stayed at the Corinthia when it first opened a number of times, and it was outstanding. Now years later though older it remains a very special hotel.

Public spaces include the Japanese-Peruvian restaurant, Nobu, which buzzes at lunch and dinner with devotees of its renowned cuisine, and the Lobby Lounge, perfect for fresh Italian coffees and light bites thanks to its all-day dining menu.
