The flat was well situated for us. Three bus stops away from the tube so easy access into town and perfect for us to visit friends who live a 15' minutes' drive away. Although situated on a bus route, it was quiet and had very useful amenities such as a grocery shop, restaurants, etc. It was really well-equipped and extremely comfortable......a pleasure to return to after a tiring day in London ! What's more there were complementary snacks, beer and wine. Comfortable beds and with regard to the bathroom, a fantastic shower which was big and easy to use. Greg was a great, attentive host, always available to respond to any questions we had, as well as to give us good advice on transport, restaurants and places to visit. Unfortunately, we didn't have time to go to Hampstead Heath. I have absolutely no hesitation in reccomending this flat.

I’ve been in London for five months for medical treatment and almost tried most of the hotels, and I can say it’s the best! the room is clean and the staff always checking each time it’s cleaned (twice a day) I think the supervisor name is Jithu and all the staff are perfect .. the reception very friendly and the Resturant staff is professional and the food always fresh and tasty even the in room dining ( regards to the chef) honestly it’s the perfect place to stay in in London thank you for everything

In London's West End, this 5-star luxury hotel is set in a beautifully preserved Neoclassical building. We arrived quite late at the hotel and the staff, was kind and helpful offering us tea and cookies. Especially Adlea, who during our stay always made herself helpful and welcoming, making us feel at home.
