The Guest Experience and especially Denise, the Duty Manager went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction, resolving the issue promptly and making me feel truly valued as a guest. The thoughtful gestures, including different forms of compensations, completely turned my experience around. The follow-up from Prabhash, the other Duty Manager, was also greatly appreciated and reflected the hotel’s commitment to excellent guest service. I left Montcalm East feeling genuinely impressed by the team's dedication to creating a memorable stay. I highly recommend this hotel for their outstanding guest care and attention to detail.

We had an amazing stay at the apartment in London! The location was perfect, close to all the public transportation, shop across the street and great italian restaurant. The apartment itself was clean, cozy, and very well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. What truly stood out was the owner's exceptional care and attention. He went above and beyond to ensure that we had everything we needed and were always available for any questions or concerns. It really made our stay feel special and stress-free. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a wonderful place to stay in London.

We loved this property, great location, super clean and comfortable, added extras like juice, fresh milk and nespresso pods made it very homely. William the manager was super friendly and helpful, always answering our questions very promptly.

The hotel is in an ideal location. The rooms are spectacular. The bed was likely the most comfortable bed I've experienced at a hotel. As for the food, it was delicious whether you got in-room dining, ate in the lounge or their beautiful restaurant. But the best part: their staff will go above and beyond to meet the requests of the guests.
