We stayed in Hearth and the apartment was spotless and the aesthetic was chosen well. Hearth had everything we needed from an air fryer to robes and flip flops! The site itself is also well equipped with hot tubs and beauty treatments available. The hot tubs are individual with Bluetooth speakers and are overlooking the stream - a lovely extra touch.

Sophie and James have clearly put a lot of work into making it look at stunning as it was and nothing was too much for them! The hot tub facility is an extra bonus for any type of occasion. The neighbourhood was very quiet and neighbours were lovely. Honestly probably the best hosts I have stayed with. Myself and all the girls can’t wait to stay again. Thankyou to you both again!

Close to the tram lines so easy to get into the centre without the expense and noise of the city centre. Taxi back at night was cheap too. The house was beautiful, lots of room and space to hang out together and have food together there, kitchen had everything we needed to make a lovely meal for 8 too. The host was great! All went though WhatsApp so no pressure to meet anyone face to face but was very quick to answer questions and help, very causal, approachable, friendly and just a top couple really. The hot tub was amazing!! We went during the coldest time in the middle of winter and were in our swimming cozzies in the evening but was warm from the tub, I hate the cold so for me to enjoy that is testament to the hot tub. Nice garden space and seating for the smokers of the group. Bedrooms were lovely, nice little toiletry bags and towels left on all the beds too. Massive bath enough space for two people comfterble in the tub. Host was accommodating to time changes and adjustments from what’s here on booking.com when he sends his WhatsApp to you. It says no parties but as long as your quiet at a decent time, not too loud during the day, respectable, don’t trash the place and don’t take the piss I feel like he’s relaxed about most things.

We had an exceptional experience with Hammock Heights, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the service. Elaine, who was responsible for the property and our main point of contact, was outstanding from start to finish. She was always kind, highly responsive, and consistently went above and beyond to make things easier for us. The house itself was perfect, and its location was magnificent—just a one-minute walk from the center of Manchester, which made everything incredibly convenient. When we needed parking for another car, Elaine helped us search for the nearest available options and advised us on how to use them, which made things much easier. What really impressed me was when I realized I had forgotten an item inside the house after our stay. Even though it was found days later, Elaine immediately took care of it and arranged for the item to be delivered to our home which is located in Ashington (4 hours away from Manchester) —at no cost to us. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine willingness to help made the entire process seamless. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated and proactive. I would absolutely recommend Hammock Heights, and especially Elaine, to anyone looking for a stress-free and highly professional experience

Place is exceptional, immaculate, a lot of thought put in by the Hosts, who cater for all necessities, with thoughtful little welcoming touches like prosecco/chocolates on arrival. Beautiful scenary, and the Alpacas down the hill are so cute! The Summit pub provides good food, but all cooking facilities/utensils are provided for use at the house also. Total relaxation in the hot tub and spent quality time with family, also did some sketching. The entire experience was amazing!
