The kitchen was also well equipped. the airport is about 25 min drive from the property. The check in instructions were good and the host was contactable by Whatsapp and the booking.com app.

Nice place very close to Edinburgh in bus, but far enough to feel in peace and be quiet. So easy to find it. Very lovely pods around an small lake with everything you need inside. Very cosy atmosphere. Also you have a Scandinavian hot tub and a small terrace out.

Lodge was beautifully set up with fantastic views and had a great wee woodland walk. Not far from A1 or Dunbar. Upon arrival, there was a lovely hamper of snacks,coffees and teas. Linens and towels were provided, very clean and comfortable. Hot tub was large and clean- one of the cleanest we have ever visited. Property has a wrap around decking- very clean,level and easy to navigate using mobility aids.

We wanted to visit beautiful Scotland and we chose to stay, me and my wife at Peniuik Estate. We were attracted by the elegance and authenticity of the photos. But when we arrived at the properties, we were amazed because in reality it was even more beautiful, the furniture and the accessories being of a high quality and the view from the garden is absolutely amazing, it seems like a painting. The staff is very inclined to meet the needs of tourists but without entering into their privacy. The surroundings are beautiful for walks in nature, being near the forest but on properties are also tourist attractions such as the old house. We had wonderful moments, we also had shops nearby for shopping and we definitely want to return to Peniuik Estate to continue discovering the beautiful and amazing Scotland. Our favourite facilities were the hot tub and the BBQ. The pod was very welcoming, clean and the perfect size for a couple. We loved the outdoor lighting as well and the view was very nice. The owners are extremely welcoming people.
