Auchendennan FarmSelf Catering Cottages offers a beautiful setting in Arden, a short walk from the shores of Loch Lomond and only 2 miles from Balloch. Great location close to the Loch, beautiful farm setting and spacious apartment. Kitchen has everything you might need and bathroom was very spacious, equipped even with a Rowe warmer. Little fireplace felt really cozy.

Overlooking Loch Feochan with panoramic views of rugged mountains and tranquil islands, Knipoch House Hotel is just a short drive from Oban, the seafood capital of Scotland and a gateway to the Isles.... Lovely setting, warm and welcoming! we really relaxed there. Very compfortable room, good sized bathroom and super attention to detail in room decor. We also had dinner at the hotel restaurant, which was simply amazing! Had drinks before and after in the lounges too, very cosy setting

Overlooking West Sands Beach and the Links Golf Course, Old Course Hotel features a luxury spa and award-winning restaurant. Set in a magnificent building, the hotel has scenic views and elegant... Ideally located by the 17th fairway of the Old Course. The rooms were extremely plush and comfortable and the amenities of the hotel were exceptional. The only thing it lacks is a dry room which we expected given the hotel plays host to golfers and the weather can be very wet.

This was just wonderful, I’d have stayed longer had it been available. Such a cutely furnished tiny house. The lovely hosts are always trying to improve these already excellent cabins by adding more thoughtful details. I loved the skylight above the bed. Best light for reading. Drift off to sleep with the stars twinkling above you. Great Deeside walks just outside the front door. Perfect cosy place for two; I’d say fitting four in here might get a little cramped, especially if you’re going to leave 4 people’s luggage lying around randomly. Hot tub a nice feature. One commenter complained about not being able to use it in the rain, which, frankly, is weird. When you’re immersed in hot water, the rain can’t touch you. The hosts were extremely friendly, and, in my case, literally went that extra mile! Big thank you to Karl, Bess, and Stacey!

Very beautiful house, with very spacious rooms, shared living spaces and a big kitchen for cooking and dining together as a family of 8! A plus point that everything was on the first floor, perfect for elderly or individuals who need mobility assistance. There were portable heaters in the rooms as well and bathrooms were very clean! The parking space was spacious as well for a 9 seater van.
