Really well equipped kitchen, smart and comfortable bedrooms (5 en-suite with great showers etc), very large and pleasant lounge (big enough for all 14 of us to sit and relax. There was even a lovely decorated Christmas tree! Plenty of parking… we had six vehicles. As we were there in December, we didn’t make much use of the garden but it looked great! Oh and Richard our host was friendly, helpful and communicative.

In Birmingham’s center, this modern 4-star hotel offers a luxury health spa with a 16 meter swimming pool and gym with Matrix fitness equipment. The location is great. The staff is great especially Mr. Mohamnad at the reception who was very helpful and knowledgeable not to mention friendly. He was always trying to make us feel at home, and always helped with a cheerful attitude. Also, Ms. Kinza who was also friendly and pleasant. The room was spacious, well equipped, clean, provided bottles of water every day, had a nice view, and excellent air conditioning. We had dinner at the restaurant i think ‘aura’ and it was amazing, were helped by Mathew, who was an excellent host, gracious , and friendly. Even offered me a cold and hot drinks to make up for a misunderstanding made by the kitchen about my meal order.
