I recommend you to take 10 AM yoga classes, if they are available during your stay. Also if you are staying longer than 2 nights, definitely try out some tours that are offered by the hotel (not free of charge of course).

The hotel offers spa facilities, indoor pool tennis court and a fitness centre. Breakfast was very good internal my opinion, starting a little later than we're used to, but this really helped us to relax even more
