One of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed in. The hotel is in an old historic building, which was renovated only a year ago, so everything is new. The furnishings are immaculate and the attention to detail is incredible. The location is unbeatable - walking distance to everything and only minutes walk to the main sites in the old town. The staff were fantastic and helped me a lot with local tips for restaurants, etc. They made me feel really at home. The room was very comfortable and well-equiped - they have thought of everything! If you can, pay more for a room with a balcony - the views over the river are worth the upgrade. They can provide breakfast on request and offer a number of services, e.g. massage. Otherwise, you can get breakfast at one of many cafes in the old town.

Very kind and welcoming. Good location. Rooms were overall clean and good looking. The bathtub was well cleaned, comfortably big enough for two, good view from the balcony. Stayed in two different kinds of rooms in this hotel- the one with bathtub on balcony and for the last day spent there got a budget room to just keep our stuff somewhere. Kind owner gifted the budget room for our final stay for free. Both rooms were very clean and tidy. Best stay for us during the time in Tbilisi. If we ever visited again, we would definetely go there. I love how kind and welcoming the host was.
