The reception staff was beyond welcoming and hospitable with anything that we needed. The breakfast at the pub right next to the hotel was superb and had a wonderful variety of items readily available as well as a menu of items made to order. The location was within short walking distance to many great restaurants and sights. We opted for the room with a jacuzzi on the deck, and it was a wonderful activity for the kids after a long day. This hotel is truly a gem in such a beautiful city. Well worth a stay!
