The rooms were spotlessly clean, modern, and very comfortable. The bed was one of the most comfortable we’ve ever slept in, ensuring a great night’s rest after a day of exploring. Every detail in the room was well thought out, making our stay both relaxing and enjoyable. One of the standout aspects of this hotel was the incredible staff. They were always friendly, attentive, and eager to help with anything we needed, from restaurant recommendations to transportation tips. Their kindness and professionalism truly made a difference in our experience. Although the hotel doesn’t offer breakfast, there are plenty of great cafés nearby where you can enjoy a delicious meal in the morning.Or you can cook evrethink there. The location is also excellent—central and convenient, making it easy to explore Heraklion’s attractions, shops, and restaurants on foot. Overall, porta Suites is a fantastic choice for anyone visiting Heraklion. It offers comfort, cleanliness, and outstanding service, all in a prime location. Location is great. 15 min walk to the centre. Close enough and still away from the busy areas.

The Health Club on the 4th floor, exclusively reserved for hotel guests, is equipped with a variety of fitness equipment as well as a steam bath, a hot tub, a massage table and a sauna with colour and music therapy. The sun beds and umbrellas by the pool area on the roof are perfect for relaxing after a busy day. Very friendly staff, more than delicious breakfast and a beautiful spacious room. The rooftop terrace is wonderful for relaxing, with a beautiful view. We will definitely come back.

With mountain views, this accommodation provides a patio. The apartment features private parking, a hot tub and a lift. The host was just amazing, could not ask for better, thank you so much! Jacuzzi was great even there was a bit rain, some kind of roof above it would still be nice for rainy days, didn't bother us though. Good bed with comfy duvet etc. Very good location, you can walk everywhere. We loved our stay and I recommend it to everyone!
