My stay was enjoyable because of the fantastic service received by Hannah Manager of the hotel and other members of the staff. They made my birthday special with a special threat of muffins and delightful fruits. You could contact them :Hannah especially and will get your request attended to immediately, it was really nice. The room was very clean so was the jacuzzi. The breakfast was also nice liked the fruits very much. The suite is a walking distance to the city center and few minutes by car to nearby cities. Overall it was a funtastic experience and will love to visit again.

Some units also feature a private pool or hot tub. Excellent location, great facilities and brilliant breakfast. Staff were really welcoming and helpful throughout the visit. They could not do enough to make the visit more comfortable. Our room was fabulous, with a great balcony we could all sit on overlooking the pool.

The state-of-the-art facilities include saunas, hammam and indoor heated pools. This is by far the most beautiful hotel I stayed at in my entire life. I traveled for a week with my elderly mom who has serious mobility issues. I booked a garden view room and when I arrived at the hotel I decided to upgrade to a sea view for my mom who recently had two operations in her eyes. Few minutes later , I have been informed from the reception that I got upgraded for free to a frontal sea view room. The hotel is sea view from every corner , reception, restaurants and infinity pool. The service is top notch , reception, room service , concierge. The food is amazing and so tasty at the restaurants and the breakfast was far beyond with too many varieties and high quality. The hotel offers free complimentary shuttle to town and to the airport. The local bus stop is few minutes away. The staff in all departments went this extra length to make sure our stay is both comfortable and enjoyable. The self service buffet breakfast was brilliant! The owners provide such a varied breakfast each morning -- with daily changes in what's available to eat. They had thought of everything! It was delicious. The room was so clean! The pool was an added bonus and the little garden too. The staff are very helpful & pleasant. The location - just a tiny way out of Naxos town brings with it ...peace & quiet. As the hotel is in a residential area, it felt very safe too. You can walk into Naxos town in 10 mins. We loved it there ! We will revisit!
