The location of the hotel was amazing, it was in the center of the shops and everything is close and walking distance. The room was lovely, very modern. And the room was so clean. The staff were very helpful and cooperative and sweet, they helped us also find main attractions and nice rooftops to enjoy dinner and sunset ! Definitely coming back !! :D

Everything looks spotless and brand new. We received a warm welcome from the staff, especially Hina, who was incredibly helpful and communicated wonderfully throughout our stay. The suite was fully equipped and spacious, featuring a small outdoor pool with four jets, a steam room, and a cozy coffee corner alongside a comfortable living area.

I had the pleasure of staying at Hyperion City Hotel & Spa in Chania and I was truly impressed. My room, with a beautiful sea view, was spacious, modern, and spotlessly clean. The large TV and the very comfortable bed made my stay even more enjoyable. The staff were exceptionally friendly and professional, always willing to help with a smile. Breakfast was rich, varied, and offered a true continental experience. Simply put, I cannot find a single fault – everything was perfect. A well-deserved 10/10 from me!
