Absolutely Loved My Stay at Nur Aparthotel! From the moment we booked, Nur Aparthotel impressed me with its thoughtful service. A day before our arrival, the staff sent us all the access codes — for the building entrance, the lift, and our unit. I can’t tell you how much I appreciated this! In so many other countries, you have to meet someone just to get the key and sit through a whole explanation of how everything works. Not here. It was smooth, modern, and stress-free — exactly how travel should be! And the customer service? Simply fantastic. They replied to my messages almost instantly when I asked for help arranging transportation — both from the airport and to the island. They took care of everything so efficiently. As a first-timer in Athens (and traveling with my sister), we had no clue where to catch a taxi or how the system worked. Their help took such a huge load off our shoulders. We felt completely looked after and safe. Our floor and room were spotless and beautifully maintained. The location of our room was perfect — right next to the reception and super close to the lift, which made everything so convenient. Inside, the space was bright, modern, clean, and very comfortable. The bed was a dream! I couldn’t find a single thing to complain about. And oh, the location — let me emphasize this: it’s unbeatable. You can literally walk into Monastiraki Square without even realizing it! Everything is nearby — Plaka, restaurants, shops, all within walking distance. When we came back to Athens later and stayed at another hotel, I instantly missed Nur Aparthotel and its central, lively neighborhood. All in all, I absolutely loved my stay here. From the efficient pre-arrival instructions to the warm and helpful staff, the nostalgic lift, and the incredible location — everything was just perfect. Nur Aparthotel truly made our Athens trip easy and memorable. If I ever come back (and I will!), this is 100% where I’ll be staying again!

The rooms were spotlessly clean, modern, and very comfortable. The bed was one of the most comfortable we’ve ever slept in, ensuring a great night’s rest after a day of exploring. Every detail in the room was well thought out, making our stay both relaxing and enjoyable. One of the standout aspects of this hotel was the incredible staff. They were always friendly, attentive, and eager to help with anything we needed, from restaurant recommendations to transportation tips. Their kindness and professionalism truly made a difference in our experience. Although the hotel doesn’t offer breakfast, there are plenty of great cafés nearby where you can enjoy a delicious meal in the morning.Or you can cook evrethink there. The location is also excellent—central and convenient, making it easy to explore Heraklion’s attractions, shops, and restaurants on foot. Overall, porta Suites is a fantastic choice for anyone visiting Heraklion. It offers comfort, cleanliness, and outstanding service, all in a prime location. The location is great for walking to any mayor places of interest. The neighbourhood is nice and save and there are several great small shops in the street, I actually bought all my presents for the 'kids' back home just across the street. The hotel is recently opened so everything is new, clean and well maintained. 'Welcome' at the reception was very friendly and efficient, they upgraded us to a room with terrace and outdoor jacuzzi. What a treat! Actually I can only praise everyone at the reception, they were all so friendly and helpful. Arranged taxi's in the evening to drive us to restaurants further away and even kept out luggage in storage as we had a late flight when we left. The room as mentioned was excellent, large, comfy bed, good sized bathroom with walk inn shower, magnifying mirror and quality vanity items as well a large terrace to enjoy the sun. And I really appreciated the Nespresso machine in the room. I brought my own capsules though because 2 euro for one capsule provided by the hotel is really adding to your bill if you drink 2 triple espresso's in the morning... The entire hotel and room were spotless clean. Breakfast is served in the bar on the ground floor of the hotel. It was very good. Besides the buffet part you can choose 'a la carte', which is smart as you will be served with a freshly prepared nice selection of dishes of your choice. All in all: This was a really great experience and we will be happy to return to Praxitelous Luxury Suites and will recommend it to anyone visiting Athens. You won't regret! Thanks to the entire team, we will be back, Athens is a stunning city and your hotel is a remarkable one, for a reasonable price.
