I stayed here for just two nights, but I can imagine staying longer next time. Great room, great service, I felt safe and comfortable. Giannis was such a kind host, I was surprised about the level of his hospitality. He gave me a lift from Chora in the evening, when the Bus was not driving anymore, he brought some sweets for me and he was very helpful and kind person. If you are staying in Karavastasis, make sure you book AMO.

The property is located in Chora at the top of the center. It’s just a 1 minute walk down to the center of the city, which has a lot of restaurants, cafes, bars and shops. It’s also just where the stairs to the church starts (which I highly recommend climbing to see the sunset). The room was equipped with everything we needed and we especially appreciated the two balconies, allowing us the opportunity to sit both in the sun or in the shade. The pool area was very quiet and comfortable. We would definitely stay again.

Amazing staff, very kind, helpful, and welcoming. The hotel is small but beautiful, very clean, with a nice pool, and the location is perfect. They offer free transportation to and from the port.

Vrahos Boutique Hotel stands on a rocky slope at Karavostasis bay in Folegandros, 20 metres from the beach. It offers an open-air hot tub, as well as a café-snack bar with sea view. The hotel was in the perfect location, a few min walk from at least three beaches. There were bars, restaurants, and mini markets nearby. The room itself was nicely appointed, and it smelled great. The balcony was well arranged, gave you privacy, and a phenomenal view towards the port. The room was quiet and very comfortable. The complimentary wine and drinks were an added bonus, in addition to the complimentary toiletries. There is free bike usage as well. My husband loved the on-site restaurant (he raved about the food), so that's a plus if you're tired and only want to walk downstairs to eat. They also offered a service to and from the port with luggage free of charge. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, giving us ideas of things to do on the island before we even arrived. We were well pleased with our visit and highly recommend the hotel!!!

The view from our balcony was absolutely breathtaking—truly one of the highlights of our trip. The pool and amenities were top-notch, with stunning surroundings that made it feel like a private paradise. Every morning, we were treated to a delicious breakfast, thoughtfully prepared and served with genuine warmth. The staff went above and beyond—always kind, welcoming, and attentive to every detail. We absolutely loved our time at Avaton and are already looking forward to our next visit!
