There is a private entrance at the aparthotel for the convenience of those who stay. There is free private parking and the property provides paid airport shuttle service. The suite was clean, well appointed and quite spacious. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The building was secure, well lit and clean.

The property is around 2.9 km from Exo Gialos Beach, 11 km from Santorini Port and 12 km from Ancient Thera. The hotel has a hot tub, room service and free WiFi. The experience at Cycladic Suites was better than we had hoped. Before checking in, we received a WhatsApp from Dior, the assistant manager, asking if we need pick up from the airport. They then proceeded to help support a surprise for our anniversary that I had planned for our partner. We also received a free bottle of wine! They restocked our water without question, so we could save money on buying water outside, the room was super clean and always ready when we came back from excursions as well. They accommodated all the little requests we had - Dior even gave us sunscreen since we forgot. She was super honest and told us where to shop / where it was too expensive, etc. as well. Arranging any transport or pick up was super easy and Dior was always reachable on WhatsApp. We will be recommending this place to our friends & to our family. Orama Hotel & Spa features a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, fitness centre, a garden and shared lounge in Fira. Among the various facilities of this property are a restaurant, a bar and massage services. Stayed at Orama for 4 nights and had booked a superior double room but were delighted when we arrived to be told we had been upgraded. The room was clean and spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel is only about 10 minutes walk into fira’s city centre. An extra bonus was the included buffet breakfast, that it was great . The staff were very helpful and pleasent and always smiling. Great facilities , three swimming pools ,one for kids. I would definitely return to Orama!

It was clean and shiny. The room was perfectly designed and the pool was amazing. The stuff was very kind and helpful.

Breakfast buffet had plenty to choose from and lovely fresh juice bar daily. The all day snack menu had a great variety and the vegan restaurant was delicious! Many many sun lounges and beds available whether by the pool or beach. Staff were all fantastic.

For your comfort, you will find bathrobes, slippers and pool towels. Some units have a seating area where you can relax. A balcony or terrace with outdoor furniture is featured in all rooms. Really comfortable and spotlessly clean . Food is great and excellent staff

All the accommodation types are renovated. Air conditioning comes as a standard. The everything is included , except spa. Order restaurant is to make a reservation on the Maris app, the other buffet and bar is available. Location is good and environment is nice.

The services, cleanliness and staff were like we have rarely encountered, although we are a couple who travels often. The breakfast was extremely tasty and varied!
