Friendly staff, good location for a couples quiet getaway weekend, great views. Our room had an amazing sea view, all the rooms were accommodated in typical cozy white houses. A big shout out to Danai, guest relations manager, who made sure that we had a good time and went above and beyond what was necessary to make us feel welcome! :)

Beautiful property and excellent service. We had a wonderful experience. Dior was super helpful and welcoming. Hina also assisted us well during our stay and Zaheer helped us with our heavy luggages and transfers to and from the hotel to the airport. Great staff, location close to the centre of Fira plus very comfortable bed and facilities. I will stay here again and will not hesitate to recommend.

This property was so clean! And the staff were very friendly and helpful.

The rooms and hotel facilities are excellent and very clean. The breakfast is amazing! We totally recommend staying at Palladium.
