The hotel is placed in a quiet area, nearby you can find many restaurants and the beach it's 5-10 minutes away (walk). The room was spotless, sheets were changed and the room was cleaned once at 2 days. New furniture with plenty of space to deposit your belongings, also there is a (quiet) fridge in the room. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning was new and well maintained. Blackout curtains, big balcony with space to dry your clothes and a table with chairs.. great place if you are a smoker. Even though the hotel doesn't have private parking, we always found a spot to park right in front. Even when the street was full, the hosts saved a spot right at the entrance that we used when needed. The hosts are hardworking people with a very positive energy that paid a lot of attention to details and always made sure everything was ok. 10 out of 10, will definitely come back next time we'll be in Kalithea!

The place has an amazing location, right in front of the beach. There is a wonderful restaurant in the sme building open all year, which is very convinient for those who travel outside high season. Breakfast is served in this restaurant (with sea view) and it is very rich!! Apartments are decorated n a very nice way. Clean and stylish.

It is our second time in Kassandra. We have quite experience in the area and we can easily say that this is one the best boutique hotels. The staff is excelent, the rooms are clean, view is gorgeous, there is a long beach just a few minutes away with a walk under the shadows of trees. The common courtyard is quite nice. The apartment is exactly as it is in the picture, the location is excellent, and the owner is very friendly.
