Our family of five unexpectedly found ourselves in Kavala during a multi-country trip, and we couldn't have been luckier to discover this gem of a hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were struck by its stylish, modern design and the exceptionally friendly and professional staff. Our accommodation was actually a spacious two-bedroom apartment, featuring a comfortable living room with a fully equipped kitchen. A real highlight was the long balcony that connected all three rooms, offering a great space to relax. The bathroom was large and well-appointed, and the entire apartment was perfectly clean, beautifully arranged, and incredibly spacious. The kids especially loved the pool, which was a fantastic bonus after a day of travel. This hotel truly turned an unexpected stop into a memorable and comfortable experience.

Stunning interior decor and views, specially at sunset. Amazing location, away but still close from the central part of town. Tons of space to park in the area.

The staff was very friendly and always ready to help. The hotel is just right on the beach, the beach area is private-only for hotel guests which we liked a lot. Food and the staff in the restaurant both are very nice! P.S. Try the smoothies they offer on the beach bar,they are amazing! 😊🥤🥰

The apartment is new, clean, and very well-maintained. Alex kindly met us at a close location for an easy check-in. A welcome bonus was the small garden, which features toys for children. We highly recommend this apartment, particularly for those traveling with a family

Edem Luxury Apartments se encuentra en Nea Peramos, a 2 min a pie de Playa de Nea Peramos Kavalas y a 20 km de Archaeological Museum of Kavala. The property is very well located in beautiful Nea Peramos. Tha facility was very clean and very well maintained and decorated.

Property was clean, good location, close to everything you need around the area. Best thing about the place was Nancy, just a person who is a cup of sunshine. So nice, helpful, and a good person.
