All our requests were handled promptly, effortlessly and they all went above and beyond making our vacation one to remember. Super clean rooms with comfortable beds (best sleep ever) modern bathroom and served delicious freshly cooked breakfast overlooking the beautiful gardens. Extremely conveniently located near several beaches and the town. We are so sad to leave we will miss being taken care of and pampered but we will be back to Black Amber!!! We made great friends there. Fantastic experience 10 star rating!!!

The staff was exceptionally kind and helpful. I woke up suffering from an allergic reaction and they sent someone to the pharmacy on a Sunday for me just as an extra service!

It is just 5 km from Tigaki village and the wonderful beach. Very good hotel. I travelled a lot and usually hotels have small swimming pools. But this had 4 swimming pools, one of them really huge. The food was nice. Staff was super professional. We had wonderful view from the terrace. There are many additional activities. If you like all inclusive hotels, that you can spent all you stay inside, this hotel is for you.
